Mega Title Celebrates 15th Anniversary

Mega Title, LLC celebrates its 15th anniversary in business on Thursday, April 7. The Matawan-based title insurance company was founded in Jersey City on this day in 2007.
What began as a one-person operation has now grown to over a dozen full-time team members. Although Mega Title initially served New Jersey exclusively, they now proudly serve clients in three states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
“It has been a distinct honor to serve homeowners over the last 15 years,” stated Samah Ghabour, founder of Mega Title. “Our dedication to our clients’ needs and commitment to helping others has helped set us apart in a now-crowded field of title companies,” she added.
Ghabour states that there was a clear need for efficient and customer focused title services in the Garden State when Mega Title began its work in earnest out of a small office in Jersey City in 2007. The company has been headquarted in Matawan, NJ since 2010 and in its current location at 721 Route 34 in Matawan since 2015.
Mega Title provides title search, insurance and settlement services to homebuyers purchasing a home and homeowners who are refinancing their current mortgage, as well as to those purchasing or refinancing commercial property. Mega Title also provides services to those looking to purchase properties in PA and FL, providing a needed service to those who are relocating.
Since the company’s founding in 2007, Mega Title has served over 5000 homeowners in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
