With the recent economic downturn in the housing market, many title insurance agencies have shut their doors. But with every cloud there is a silver lining. While title agencies were closing their doors, Mega Title welcomed new market challenges and opened its doors in 2007. Its founder and CEO Samah Ghabour studied the title and real estate markets and because of her strong work ethic and business savvy attitude, she was able to carve her own path into the competitive market of title insurance. The start-up consisted of a three person company serving only New Jersey. Since then, Mega Title has grown exponentially and now provides title insurance services in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
